Here is how the TGIAC 2026 timeline works, so you can plan your entry with confidence. Registration is open right now, which means you can create your account and start building today. There is no reason to wait.

Every field saves automatically, so refine your hardscape notes one evening, upload your competition photograph the next, and write the story behind your scape whenever inspiration strikes. Your draft is always there when you return.

So when can I submit?

The submission window opens on 1 October 2026. From that date you can lock in your finished entry. Submissions close on 30 October 2026 at 11:59 pm IST, so you have the full month to submit.

• Now: register and build your entry, as many sessions as you like
• 1 October 2026: submissions open, lock in your finished entry
• 30 October 2026, 11:59 pm IST: submissions close
• Early 2027: winners revealed live at the Nature Aquarium Festival

Until submissions open you can keep editing freely and you will not lose anything. When the window opens, review everything on the final step and confirm. Once submitted, an entry is locked and cannot be changed, so make it count.
